Roxy 99 is one of Taipei's most natorious bars/clubs. Wednesday night is the time to go. The first 200 people get 2 free beers and there's no entry fee the entire night. Friday and Saturday night are also hot but there's a 350NT + 1 drink surcharge. 99 is also natoriously known to be the city's best place for expat males to pick up local females... and vice versa. A must while visiting Taipei's capital.
