Definitely the best place in Taipei to check out live Funk, Hip-Hop and Electronic Djs and groups. Wednesday's are lady's night with free entry for all and super cheap drinks. Friday-Saturday there's a cover charge of 350NT + 1 free drink. It's a 3 story joint with a pool table on top, the live music floor in the middle and the lounge/memorial to the Rolling Stones at the bottom. The masses usually always tend to migrate outside once drunk creating a large street party next to the enormous monument of Chiang Kai-shek. The General would be proud of such a party!
