Tegucigalpa (pop. 1.3 million) is Honduras’ largest city. It’s now the current capital, but it often switches back and forth between neighboring Comayagua. Tegucigalpa has a few areas of interest like El Picacho Park, Basilica of the Virgin of Suyapa and former Presidential Palace.
