Tegucigalpa, the capital of the tiny Central American nation of Honduras, is now the big dog on the block. With the perfect tropical storm of political strife, economic depression, corruption, drugs and gangs, Tegucigalpa's murder rate has skyrocketed 250% in the past six years and now sees one murder every 74 minutes.
